Ever wondered how musicals are made?

Cassa Creates shows you how—from the first idea to a fully formed concept.

In this hands-on program, youth and young adults will learn how to write an original musical by doing it. Working in teams, participants develop a story, create characters, write songs, and shape scenes—turning an idea into a real musical theatre concept.

With guidance from professional composers, playwrights, songwriters, and story artists, creators will learn the tools and techniques behind musical theatre creation. Workshops, coaching, and peer feedback help each team build confidence, skills, and a musical they can be proud of.
