Cassa Creates is a program to help guide young creators towards developing original musical theatre productions. Instructors and coaches will guide an ideation lab—from concept to storyboarding—in collaborative teams to develop outlines and musical sketches for original musicals. They will engage in workshops, coaching sessions, and reflection periods, supported by a diverse group of professional composer-playwrights, songwriting mentors, and theatre educators. Their creative concepts—dramatic arcs, character maps, musical motifs, lyrics, scenes—receive expert and peer feedback.
Enrolment in this program is ongoing. Please contact Michelle Delisle for further details: 403.669.8153.
